What is the Universe?

When I refer to the Universe, I am referring to energy. I believe our souls are energy, and when we die, we become energy once again, leaving our physical body back to the earth to birth new life. Thus, the Universe is the energy of our guides, our loved ones who have passed on, and all beings who represent light and darkness. It could be any and all of these things.

The Universe (or God, or spirit, or angels) is always sending us signs. These signs can both be experienced externally and internally. External signs come from “coincidences”, kismet, or fated incidences. To me, these external signs come from some energy source that feels strongly that a particular sign may help us in some way. It is the only way they have to communicate, so they are able to manipulate other energy to get across a message to you.

Internal signs come from intuition. Our intuition is a connection to the Universe. It links our Soul with the “external”, which is housed inside our physical body. In this way, we are still connected to the energy of the Universe. Thus, our intuition (this connection to Source and energy) can be activated or felt at any time. We gain clarity from our intuition and we understand the bigger picture with it as well.

I believe it is much easier to navigate life if you can notice external and internal messages and signs. While none of these signs tell us exactly what we “should” do (we have free will and free choice, and the Universe respects that), they will give us an overview of what is going on or suggestions on something to look into. It’s in an attempt to lead us toward expansion.
